Regular bus services run from Axminster (for rail connections), Exeter and Weymouth. For up-to-date timetable information call 0871 200 22 33.

London Waterloo to Exeter St Davids, services call at Axminster (for Lyme Regis). Then take a bus connection or a cab to Lyme Regis.

 

ROAD

From the north and the west: Leave the M5 at Junction 25 and follow the signs for Honiton. From Honiton, take the A35 towards Dorchester and follow the signs to Lyme Regis.
From the east: From the M3 take the M27 to Ringwood and then the A31 on to Dorchester. From Dorchester take the A35 towards Honiton and follow the signs to Lyme Regis.

 

PARKING

There are a number of car parks within very close walking distance (although a steep hill may be involved!),  many of which are free after 6pm. There is also free on street parking in the town, which is time-limited in the day and free in the evenings.
